Evergreen capital for people who build.

Everss Evergreen takes minority stakes in established and growing businesses across the Baltics, the Nordics and wider Europe, and stays invested for the long term.

€500k–€1m

Typical investment. Larger where there is a strong fit.

Minority stakes

You keep control of your business and keep running it.

Baltics, Nordics, Europe

Home markets first, selected opportunities across Europe.

No fixed exit

We stay invested for as long as it makes sense.

Evergreen, not a fund cycle.

A typical private equity fund buys control of a company, reshapes it for a sale and exits within five to seven years. Our capital has no end date, so we can do something different: take a minority stake, back the people already running the business and stay for as long as it makes sense.

What we invest in

Established and growing businesses in sectors we know from the inside.

E-commerce

Online retailers and consumer brands selling across more than one market.

Automotive aftermarket

Parts, accessories and services for the vehicles already on the road.

Logistics

Warehousing, fulfilment and transport that keep trade moving.

Technology-enabled businesses

Companies where software and data make a practical business work better.

Selected real estate

Individual opportunities, usually close to the sectors we know.

What we look for

  • A business with a proven model that is established or growing.
  • Founders and managers with ambition, integrity and a strong sense of ownership.
  • A way of thinking we share, and a role where our experience is useful.
  • An investment of around €500k–€1m, or more where the fit is strong.

Baltic and Nordic roots. European reach.

Our home markets are the Baltics and the Nordics, where we know the customers, the people and how business gets done. From there we invest selectively across the rest of Europe.

People first.

We invest in people before we invest in companies. We look for founders and management teams whose way of thinking we share. We don’t need operational control: you run the business, and we’re there when you want us.

What we bring

Capital

Patient money for growth, expansion into new markets or a change in ownership.

Experience

We’ve built and scaled businesses across several European markets and know what the next stage asks for.

Network

Introductions to partners, suppliers, lenders and people across the Baltics, the Nordics and Europe.

Strategic thinking

A sounding board on expansion, acquisitions and financing, when you want one.

How it works

  1. An introduction

Send a short note about the business and what you’re looking for.

  2. Getting to know each other

We meet the team, learn how the business works and share how we think. There’s no rush.

  3. Agreeing the investment

A minority stake on clear, simple terms that work for both sides.

  4. The long run

We stay as involved as you’d like, for as long as it makes sense.

Dividends and capital allocation

We don’t need to sell a business to earn a return. Over time, a good business should reward its owners, and we’d rather it did that steadily than all at once.

Growth comes first

When a business can reinvest its cash at good returns, it should.

Then, steady dividends

When it earns more than it can put to good use, we favour paying it out.

A sound balance sheet

Debt at a level the business can carry through a difficult year.

Capital that keeps working

What we receive goes into the next good business, so the capital stays evergreen.

About Everss Evergreen

Everss Evergreen is a privately owned, long-term investment company with its roots in the Baltics.

It was set up to do one thing well: back good businesses and the people who run them, and stay with them for years rather than for a fund cycle. We keep the organisation small, make decisions ourselves and say clearly when something isn’t a fit.
